Travel & Extra expenses

For a location thirty miles away or more from Hamilton, AL, a travel fee will be required for the session.

I base my travel fee off of the state of Alabama mileage rate, which was effective January 1, 2024.

Must confirm session at least 24 hours in advance to keep your session on the date scheduled. There has been many of times where I have a problem of saying no. If we book a session a few months or weeks in advance, I kindly ask you text me to confirm details of your session to make sure we are still on the same page. I hate for mix ups to happen with pricing, times, dates, and much more. If you do not message or call me from booking until the day of, then I try to reach out and get no answer I consider the session cancelled.

Travel & fees are not something I want to charge, but I have to because of the cost of gas, food, and other expenses. If I do not charge this extra expense, I will not be gaining any money. I would be losing it.

I have been cancelled on plenty of times and there has been many of misunderstandings about confirming sessions.
